Connecticut’s CPACE program, administered by the Connecticut Green Bank, is among the nation’s most successful CPACE programs. CT Green Bank has advanced the business interests of many capital providers and helped grow the green energy market by offering several benefits and unlocking new investment opportunities.

With C-PACE, building owners enjoy the advantages of energy upgrades immediately and pay for them over time through a familiar repayment structure – a voluntary senior benefit assessment on their property tax bill. This creates a stable platform for repayment that an increasing number of capital providers are recognizing as a reliable investment and a growing opportunity. When capital providers invest in C-PACE projects, they’re supporting the market and community, while growing their own business.

Avant Green 97 is the first National Database categorizing buildings exceeding Local Law 97 statutes for energy consumption. We are developing a first of its kind platform to proactively connect building owners with CPACE financiers, manufacturers of Green Building products, tenants who demand Green Building certified spaces, USG investors, and Green Building Certifications.  We are also looking to build a robust database to facilitate the sustainability of each city with the desire to change our current environment in a positive way.
