The growing demand for greener commercial real estate has led to an increased need for partnerships at every level – from investors to engineers, from architects to investment banks – to set the process in motion. Avant Green 97 delivers the data and relationships needed to make these advancements a reality.
Avant Green 97 offers the first national database of large commercial buildings covered under a regulatory emissions cap. The database also houses the covered properties’ emission output, where they sit in relation to the cap, the primary lien holder, property owners, and more than 100 ancillary characteristics, including the primary building usage. We facilitate lowering the carbon footprints of these buildings by making it easier for lenders, architects, engineers, and others to reach out to building managers and owners to assist in green energy retrofits. These buildings account for approximately 45% of all emissions in our cities.
Drew Vaughn
Drew has over thirty years of sales and marketing experience, and has recently focused his vast experience at MBSData to build their sales revenues, and become profitable in year one. His entrepreneurial spirit has allowed him to previously establish two other technology-based start -up companies. His focus has been on the Finance, Data, and Technology Sectors, building revenue from the ground up. Drew earned two degrees, Economics/Finance, and Management from Bentley University, Waltham Mass.

Tom Delorenzo
Thomas currently serves as President for MBS Data, LLC where he also manages the data mining and processing operations for its’ residential (non-agency and agency) and commercial mortgage backed security databases. Prior he served as VP Capital Markets for First American FASLO providing due diligence, pricing, servicing and default services on second subordinate liens. He began his career as a principal of Mortgage Risk Assessment Corporation (MRAC) which was later purchased by First American/CoreLogic and where he created AVM models, home price indices, mortgage backed security databases and mortgage analytic products. Thomas earned a Computer Information Systems degree from Bentley University, Waltham, Mass.

Larry Barnett
Larry Barnett is an industry expert in securitization, secondary market operations and bond administration. He is currently the managing partner in Wilden Lane Holdings, a mortgage analytics company that specializes in collateral analysis, asset backed securitization and loan reviews. Recent consulting assignments include all aspects of litigation support in RMBS fraud cases and extensive process documentation/modeling for portfolio managers and investment banks in preparation for compliance and SOX type audits.
